Powdered Sugar Mill.
ALPY Powdered Sugar Mills have a compact design and are used to refine dry, free-flowing crystal sugar and similar products.
APD-500 model – It has a single mill body with a capacity of 500 kg/hour for 30-60 micron end product and 1000 kg/hour capacity for 60-100 micron end product.
APD-1000 model – It has a double mill body with a capacity of 1000 kg/hour for 30-60 micron end product and 2000 kg/hour capacity for 60-100 micron end product.
Each mill body has a total of 569 tempered 4-row pins on fixed and movable discs.
It is driven by a 22 kWh motor with a movable disc belt-pulley system and rotates at 5600 rpm.
By providing air circulation in the mill body with the existing filters, powder dusting is minimized and the internal pressure is discharged.
