Conti Ball Mill
ALPY Conti Ball Mills refine real chocolate, cocolin, cream and coated products.
ACB-500 Model Conti Rolling Mill has 1300 kg balls in the boiler and the machine capacity is 400-500 kg/hour if powdered sugar is used.
In ACB-1000 Model Conti Rolling Mill; There is 1800 kg balls in the boiler and the machine capacity is 800-1000 kg/hour if powdered sugar is used.
Chocolate is fed to the Conti Ball Mill continuously by the speed-controlled pump of the previous machine (Pre-Making Mixer or Service Tank). The product entering the Conti ball mill from the bottom of the boiler is thinned between the balls and sent to the front stock tank from the upper outlet and from there to the large capacity stock tanks.
The temperatures of the walled stainless vessel and the walled mixer group remain constant at the automatically adjusted level. While the machine is running, cold water enters and exits automatically according to the product temperature.
The thickness of the product coming out gets thinner up to about 2/7 depending on the thickness of the product entering. (80-90 micron → 22-25 micron)
