Multi-Weighing Pan Scales

Inovpack adopts change as the main principles and helps with automatic and accurate weighting of bulk products with Multi-Weighing Pan Scales that has modern and flexible design.

Scale combinations designed with 10, 14, 16 and 20 weighing pans depending on your speed needs enable you to make sensitive weighing. Scales consist of straight, patterned, Teflon or ceramic coated weighs depending on the properties of the product. Products manufacturing with Inovpack technology enable setting options from touch screen and ensures ease-of-use with up to 20 program memory.

The entirely local manufacturing scales with stainless steel body are suitable for all types of products in grain form. The usage examples can be given as food products such as legumes and dried nuts as well as non-food products such as screws and plastic parts.

Linear Scale

Inovpack continuously innovates itself for your requirements and significantly facilitates your tasks with Linear Scales weighing system for grain products.

With weight models changing between 1-4, it enables you to choose for your speed needs. Linear Scales have weighing pans and bodies designed for weighing products between 1-50 kg. These products are specially designed by considering powder and grain products.

The scales are filled from product filler ducts with vibration. There are 2 adjustable vibration intensities which are coarse and sensitive. Linear Scale works with almost zero error rate with sensitive weighing on the loadcell.

Weighing pans have pneumatic weighing pan opening system that controls the opening movement and enables filling at desired volume, speed, and time. Necessary adjustments can be made from the build-in touch screen.

Cut Gate Scale

The easy-to-use Cut Gate Scale model is specifically designed for powder products and has faster weighing capacity with INOVPACK quality.

Cut Gate Scales can make sensitive weighing with the loadcell and provided as 1, 2 and 4 weighing pan models.  1-25 kg products were considered for weighing pan and flow design.

Cut Gate Scales use servomotors and increases the sensitivity by ensuring controlled product feed flow.

Check Weigher

Check Weigher is manufactured under the assurance of Inovpack, and these scales have high work volume thanks to high sensitivity and speed.

There are separate models for bag/box (sack), and it makes sensitive weighing with loadcell. Check Weigher checks the weight of the products on the conveyor and separates the unsuitable products with the reject system.

The touchscreen setting opportunities powered by technology facilitates the usage. The statistical reports presented at the end of the process helps you to healthily see the results of the manufacturing.
