Filling and Capping Machine suitable for filling 5 Gallons.

COMPAC is a semi-automatic monoblock for washing, filling and capping new or recovered PET or PC bottles from 3 to 6 gallons and from 5 to 10 liters, with manual loading and automatic unloading, for a production of 200 bottles/hour.

The version for hourly production of 300 bottles/hour is also available (COMPAC 300)

Wash Cycle For Filling and Sealing Machine:

n ° 1 pre-washing station with liquid recovered from the rinsing tank
n ° 1 dripping station
5 washing stations with detergent at 55-60 ° C
n ° 1 dripping station
n ° 2 rinsing stations
n ° 1 final rinse station with mains water (possibly added with ozone)
n ° 1 dripping station

Main Features

Internal handling system of the bottles with plastic chain that allows a better hygiene of the washing processes and a reduction in energy consumption.
Filling by weight through load cells, which guarantees extreme precision (product saving), high repeatability and reliability.
Mobile spray nozzles (on request) that penetrate inside the bottles in the washing section.
Advancement with intermittent motion in order to always have the nozzles aligned with the bottles, to increase the efficiency of the washing.
External brushing system of the bottles in the pre-wash section (on request).
