FILL-JET SP – SYRUP

Tribloc blowing filling capping machine for syrup with light pressure filling system in glass bottles, for medium and low hourly outputs.
Excess product is sent to a recovery tank and recirculated.

FILL JET SP – BEVANDE ALCOLICHE

Machine available in monobloc (filler and capper) and tribloc (rinser-filler-capper) versions, ideal for the level filling of alcoholic beverages in glass bottles.

Pneumatic jacks raise the bottles until they press against the filling valves, opening them and allowing the liquid to flow into the bottles through an opening with a wide diameter, thereby ensuring a high flow rate and low flow velocity.

Thanks to the high efficiency of the filling valves, an extremely low level of product can be maintained in the tank, guaranteeing excellent precision of the level in the bottle.

  • Mechanical filling valve, simple and composed of a small number of parts, and hence very low-maintenance
  • Annular tank, fully drainable and internally polished
  • Slight vacuum in the tank to prevent loss of drops from the nozzles at the end of filling
  • Extremely precise bottle filling levels (±1 mm)
  • Possibility to have different levels in the bottle without having to change spouts, in a range of about 16 mm (depending on the shape of the neck of the containers being processed)
  • Possibility to set the level according to the product temperature. Setting can be done completely automatically (as an option).

FILL JET SP – STILL WATER

Tribloc mechanical rinser-filler-capper for the level filling of still water in plastic (NECK HANDLING version) or glass bottles.
The bottles arrive at the rinser and, via the intermediate star wheel, at the pneumatic lifting jacks, which raise the bottles towards the centring cups. The use of a pneumatic jack makes it possible to operate even at very high speeds without external lubrication being required.

The thrust of the jack presses the bottle against the upper membrane, opening the filling valve so that the fluid can flow into the bottles through a large diameter, ensuring a high flow rate but low flow velocity. To improve the flow of the product inside the bottles, a diverter is applied to the spout, which directs filling along the walls of the bottle without the risk of turbulence.

The filling cycle ends when the liquid reaches the lower section of the spout, and obstructs the air return. The level in the bottle is determined by the length of the spout. The air is evacuated from the bottle through a section completely separate from the main tank, so as to avoid contact with the product and the risk of contaminating it.
