Palletizer and depalletizer for containers in tin plate, FIPAL has introduced STRATUS P150 M on the market, a machine that works both as a palletiser and depalletiser for this type of product, developing a system that is totally versatile and reliable, and suitable for carrying out both functions.

The magnetic head picks up the layer of containers of any shape and size (tins, cans, etc.) and subsequently deposits them on a buffer conveyor.

A movable floor placed between the pallet and deposit follows the cans’ translation and guarantees safety during the movement.

The accessories that can be inserted within the machine are:

Empty pallet storage
Automatic flap remover for flaps and/or pallets
Flap storage
Tray breaker
Full/empty pallet motorised rollers

Compact machine that is also very robust, guaranteeing structural integrity over time. This results in low maintenance and high reliability. The magnetic head has the great advantage of having an additional vertical handling system, if there should be any difficulties in picking the last layers, especially when the chosen solution is with the pallet on the ground and/or when the tray breaker is present on the pick-up head, thus guaranteeing precision and efficiency. The operator interface is simplified by the touch screen panel used to manage all machine functions.
