Bag in box machine, Developed with the same concept of the traditional combi, FIPAL has widened the range of products that can be processed with this COMBI version for packaging bags in a box, keeping the same features and technologies that have already been used and consolidated.

The particular features and differences of this machine are in the cartoning unit, where a conveyor belt makes it possible to place bags inside boxes, and this is made easier by a hopper that can be opened and guarantees its perfect transfer.

The carton can be closed using glue or tape.

The machine is completely automatic and every single movement is easily managed from the operator panel, also allowing quick format changes. This is integrated with small mechanical adjustments by using specific handwheels and levers.

The great advantage of the designed bag insertion system is that it does not require adjustments for format change, only reducing them to the ones related to the different type of box connected to the corresponding bag. A strictly related consequence of this is that the format change time is significantly reduced.
