Large Size Filler Machine.

FILL-JET BC filling machine are made according to the highest quality standards and the most modern hygienic design criteria (EHEDG standards), with the best technologies and the best materials currently on the market, in compliance with international safety standards (standards CE) and food safety (FDA regulations); they are modular and versatile machines that allow you to fill large containers , both in glass and plastic, for hourly production up to 10,000 BPH.

The FILL-JET-BC machines are made in the following versions:
• single fillers
• monobloc filler and capper
• triblock rinser, filler and capper.
For each model of machine various solutions are provided, with machine pitch suitable for the containers to be treated, in order to minimize the overall dimensions.

FILL-JET BC machines are suitable for filling the following products :
natural water, clear cold fruit juices without pulp; isotonic drinks; tea with preservatives; fresh milk, oil, vinegar.

Main characteristics of FILL-JET machines :
• Version with bottle transfer in the neck (Neck Handling) for PET bottles and on the bottom for glass bottles. It is possible to envisage the combined use of both glass and PET.
• Side protections, which guarantee easy accessibility to the machine, fixed to the ground or to the base of the same
• Quick format change (on request)
• ULTRACLEAN configuration with laminar flow cabin and self-draining base (on request), to increase the shelf-life of the delicate products, such as juices and milk
• Reduced energy consumption
• Easy accessibility and reduced operating costs
• Ease of use through self-learning operator interface (HMI).

FILL JET BC
MECHANICAL VERSION

Triblock rinsing-filling-capping machine suitable for filling still water in large plastic or glass containers (up to 10 lt.), For productions up to 10,000 BPH. The filling valve is of the mechanical gravity type and is operated by the bottles, which are moved by special jacks.
