FIPAL LEOPARD Divider inserting machines are fully automatic machines designed and built with high quality materials and cutting-edge technologies for the insertion of dividers inside the cardboard containers.

LEOPARD Divider inserting machines are used to insert dividers into cardboard boxes. The dividers can be inserted before or after having placed the product, which can be of any type (bottles, cans, etc.), in the box.

It’s a robotic solution that uses a SCARA robot, which has a pick-up head comprising suction cups moved by an articulated system of rods and handles.

The lightness of the head makes it possible to reach very high speeds (up to 40 cpm) despite maintaining a high degree of precision and strength. The most important characteristic of this machine is that separator insertion takes place with continuous tracking, meaning without stopping the box, so that they arrive at very high speeds.

Since it is a slim and compact machine from a structural point of view, it is suitable for any type of use, making it also possible to be inserted as a module within the wrap-around machine to insert the separator before closing the box.

These machines have many winning features, such as operational reliability and reduced maintenance, but the ones that certainly stand out in terms of importance are ease of use and fast format change-over, a feature that drastically eliminates production downtime.
