Oil Melting Tank

ALPY Oil Melting Tank is produced between 500 lt and 2000 lt boiler capacities. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it has a rectangular design to increase the fat feeding efficiency. Solid fat blocks placed on the melting coils are melted with hot water passing through the coils and stored in the walled tank at the set temperature. With the melting serpentines designed in a triangular shape, the oil blocks are heated from two surfaces and the melting process takes place in a shorter time. The pump stops automatically after the amount of melted oil adjusted with the loadcell weighing group placed on the feet of the boiler is transferred.
