Prep Mixer
ALPY Pre-Preparation Mixer is manufactured between 500 kg/charge and 2000 kg/charge capacities. The raw materials added into the stainless-walled boiler are mixed at the set temperature and become homogeneous before the thinning process. It has an anchor system and ax system mixer according to the purpose of use.
The product, which becomes homogeneous in a short time with the horizontal mixer system, is transferred to the next unit with the existing wall pump. The wall water, which is automatically protected at the set degree, circulates between the jacketed boiler, the jacketed pump and the jacketed transfer pipes.
