EASY TURN SYSTEM is a Fipal patented system that allows the line preparation and, consequently, the layer to palletise pre-composition.
The main task is carried out by a turning belt that enables 90° or 180° rotations in both directions, without stopping product running. This is a fundamental feature as it enables to have a continuous and speedy system, reaching quite high productions.
EASY TURN SYSTEM makes possible to handle any kind of packs and packages, irrespective of the shape, material and dimensions. It can smoothly and quickly handle any number of formats through the palletiser touch screen panel and no further mechanical adjustments are needed for format change-overs.
