STRATUS D 60 is the bottle depalletiser designed by FIPAL with output for containers at the bottom and which ensures a production of up to 12000 BPH.

The method used by FIPAL, as in transfer by way skidding, makes it possible to work with different types of bottles and materials (glass, PET, etc.) without adjustments, therefore allowing an immediate format change.

The STRATUS D 60 bottle depalletiser can be configured according to the inserted accessories and with the possibility of quick format changes using the touch screen operator panel.

The accessories that can be inserted within the bottle depalletiser are:

Empty pallet storage
Automatic flap remover for flaps and/or pallets
Flap storage
Tray breaker
Full/empty pallet motorised rollers

The translation system was designed according to a logic that perfectly combines technology, reliability and efficiency, allowing greater bottle depalletizer flexibility in the products to be processed and low maintenance over time. Furthermore, the possibility of choosing from numerous available accessories, making it possible to respond to requirements presented by the customer.
