Palliser, FIPAL presents a series of STRATUS P 100 palletisers that are suitable for resolving any type of customer requirement.

The STRATUS P 100 palletisers are capable of working with a large variety of products such as bundles, cardboard boxes, trays, multipack, packages up to a maximum of 250 layers/h. FIPAL has always given priority to designing systems that are simple, effective, and strong, thereby guaranteeing maximum functionality of the machines over time.

The STRATUS P 100 palletizers are a result of all of these important elements. The nature of FIPAL is to be in line with technology and furthermore improving on it and going beyond, and for this reason they have introduced two brand new solutions for the layer preparation system: DYNAMIC BOX and EASY TURN SYSTEM.

Depending on customer requests, it is possible to configure the palletisers ad hoc, by including or not including various accessories which can be:

Automatic pallet storage
Automatic flap feeder
Flap storage
Empty/full pallet motorised rollers
Automatic pallet winder

The advantages of a STRATUS P 100 palletiser are various, but especially important is the fact that it is a machine that is capable of managing a large quantity of different packages, checking each format change in a simple and automatic manner from the specific operator panel; the STRATUS P 100 series is available both with single and double input, depending on the required production, and it is a strong machine that was designed to reduce maintenance over time to a minimum.
